🍂 Fall Vibes Are Rolling In at Jerzey Junction! 🍂

Well, friends… it’s happening. The crisp mornings, the pumpkin décor sneaking onto shelves, and that irresistible urge to wear flannel even though it’s still 75 degrees by noon. Yep, fall is tiptoeing in, and we’re feeling all the autumn vibes here at Jerzey Junction!

And speaking of fall- have you tried our Apple Cider Donut ice cream yet? Let me just say, it’s basically fall in a cone. From what we can tell, we’re running pretty close to a 100% approval rating on this flavor. (I mean, come on, apples, cinnamon, and donut-y goodness? It’s practically impossible not to love.)

The Bittersweet Side of the Season

Now, we’ve gotta be honest- this time of year always hits us right in the feels. We are already missing the endless stream of smiles, giggles, and ice-cream-covered grins from all of you who made our summer so sweet. It is always a little bittersweet when the season starts winding down, but don’t worry- we’re not gone just yet!

Here’s the scoop:

• We are open Fridays–Sundays through September.

• We plan to keep the party rolling into the first two weekends of October, but let’s be real- it all depends on weather and staff (so do your ice cream dance and cross your fingers for sunny skies).

Life Behind the Counter

Meanwhile, life doesn’t slow down just because the leaves change. Debbie is back at school wrangling tiny humans and putting the finishing touches on her Teddy Bear Preschool classroom (adorable, right?). Our scoopers are knee-deep in school and activities, and me? Oh, I’m still juggling everything I usually do, because… well, that’s life, isn’t it?

Specials & What’s Next

September is bringing some pretty fabulous specials your way. (Hint: you’ll want to keep an eye on our Facebook page- that’s where all the goodies are posted. 🍨)

And guess what? The Jerzey Junction Scoopenger Hunt is just about to get started!  This is a first for us, so hopefully I have worked out all the kinks but if not, hey, we’ll fix them for next year. We wanted to do something fun, and wow- Lake Mills stepped up big time! Eight local businesses have joined us for this adventure, and we are so excited.

Here is how it works:

·        Every Friday and Saturday in September, you will get a clue.

·        Each stop = a stamp and a prize just for participating.

·        The fun kicks off September 5th. At your very first stop, you will get your card, a stamp, and a prize to get rolling.

·        Don’t worry- if you need a card, we will have them here at Jerzey Junction too.

We are so looking forward to a fun month of sweet treats, small-town love, and community spirit. And here is a little peek into the future: next year we will be stepping up our website game. That means you will see our community events, specials, and all the fun extras right online. We had a blast hosting events this season, and we can’t wait to grow even more in 2025.

So, grab your jacket, soak up the fall air, and don’t forget that there is still plenty of time to get your Jerzey Junction fix before the season wraps. 🍦

Mark your calendars, sweet friends: we will be closed on Saturday, September 13th. Why? Because there are tiny humans in the family turning the big ONE and we couldn’t possibly miss that party. 🎉👶 Ice cream can wait a day, right? Promise we will be open on Friday and Sunday with cones, smiles, and plenty of sprinkles.
